The auction of Home Credit CFC’s 2024 No. 1 credit assignment project was completed on June 3, 2024, with Yintai Group’s Jiangxi Ruijin Financial Asset Management Co. the successful bidder of Home Credit’s asset package worth RMB26.464 billion. This Home Credit asset assignment project is the single largest asset transaction in the history of personal loan assignment. Upon the completion of the transaction, the size of the personal loan assignment business under Ruijin AMC’s management will exceed RMB30 billion in terms of principal, firmly establishing the company as an industry leader.
