In the “List of Provincial-level Smart Business Circle Pilot Entities” and the “List of Provincial-level Smart Business Circle Development Entities” recently released by Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou Hubin Shangquan (Lakeside Commercial District) was included in the former list, and Western Hangzhou Intime City Business Circle, the latter.

Yintai Retails’ Yintai in77 and Western Hangzhou Intime City are situated in the core areas of the two aforesaid smart business circles.

In 2020, on the basis of recommendation by the city, and upon expert appraisal, public notification, and extensive solicitation of opinions from relevant entities, 12 business circles including Hangzhou Hubin Shangquan were identified as Zhejiang Province Smart Business Circle Pilot Entities, and eight business circles including Western Hangzhou Intime City Business Circle constituted Zhejiang Province Smart Business Circle Development Entities.

It is understood that the smart business circle pilot and development tasks will, by way of intelligent transformation, provide residents, visitors, consumers and businesses with safer living, shopping and business environments that are also more convenient, comfortable and creditable.
